One of the key challenges when trying to obtain information about your ancestors is knowing how to contact the governmental office where their records are most likely to be found.

The Find My Koseki search tool will provide the physical mailing address of the office to which requests for information should be sent, based upon where your ancestors lived.

While great care has been taken to make this search as accurate as possible, there may be cases in which the search results in incorrect information.
